Why don't we just have a price list?
Due to the large number of variables there are to events it is difficult to provide a general pricelist. Simplying listing a per board price is not always that helpful. That's why we need to know little about you event before we can quote.
Giving us a few straightforwards details allows us to assess your requirements and means we can provide you with a comprehensive quotation with no hidden extras. We always try to be as competitive and open with our pricing as possible. It helps if you complete fully our enquiry form. We understand that final requirements can often change and we will always do our best to accommodate this.
Don't worry if you don't have all the information necessary - that's fine. We can indicate a price range to work with.
Where is you event being held?Please include a postcode and exact delivery location i.e. first floor foyer or room number. Access information and parking all help ensure that delivery and installation is carried out smoothly.
The day or dates the event is being held on?Please include delivery and collection times on the required days.
Please estimate the number of boards you required.We understand that requirement change and organiser do not always their final requirement particluarly in the early stages of planning an event. We can work with an estimated number in the first instance to help with budgets.

We may require addtional details before we can finalize out quotation depending of the events requirement. If the organisers does not have final details we are happy to provide a provisional quotation for budget purposes.
The most frequent changes to hires is altering to the final number of boards required. This is usually not a problem.
Provided delivery and order terms and conditons are met, we are happy to allow changes. Because we hold large stocks increasing your order is rarely a problem. We can indicate what additional panels will cost once we have full details of the event. Please be assured we will always try to accomadate your requirments.
